We want you to love your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.


What We Accept Returns For We only accept returns if:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item was sent
  • Item does not match its description

How to Request a Return Email thisisforyouca@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will review and issue a Return Authorization if approved. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.


Return Conditions Approved returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Final Sale Necklaces are final sale once worn beyond brief inspection. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or missing packaging are not eligible.


Refunds Issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping is non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Our error (wrong/defective item) → we cover it
  • All other returns → customer's responsibility

International Customers Customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable. Australian customers retain full rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply to faulty or misdescribed items only. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
