Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from Courtenay, British Columbia, Canada.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods. Please note: untracked shipments cannot be traced once dispatched.

International Orders — Duties & Taxes All international orders (US and Australia) are shipped on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. Customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and collected upon delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at thisisforyouca@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
